Coach/Team Parent Reimbursement Requests
Gunn Sports Boosters can reimburse Coaches and team parents for expenses, including equipment, uniforms, or those during tournament trips. Please download and complete the PDF form, sign, and get coach approval (if needed). Submit this along with an invoice/receipt for reimbursement. Please allow two weeks to process.
Payment of Athletic Player Participation Donations (APD)
Gunn Sports Boosters does not collect the Athletic Player Participation Donations, or APD, but you can access the Titan Webstore link here to make the donation or in the top navigation. The recommended donation is $250, based on cost per athlete per sport, but any amount is appreciated!
